Dr. Tina Barton is a drug development specialist with over 40 years’ experience, working in partnership to lead for success as a customer-focused senior leader. She holds a BSc, PhD and MBA alongside over 50 academic publications and is an Honorary Fellow, and Board Member of the Institute of Clinical Research.
With a passion for transformation, Dr. Barton has been an early adopter of change using new technologies including AI to drive operational excellence via efficiency and streamlining what we do. As a lean 6 Sigma Champion she has a track record of “driving out waste” and constantly seeks new ways of working. The adoption of AI into the clinical trial and drug development process is a passion.
