Pauline Frank has worked 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry across a variety of roles at country, region, and global level. She has lead global initiatives in medical information and communications, technology platforms and digital solutions, and healthcare professional engagement. Most recently she lead patient engagement and insights for oncology and hematology disease areas, where she worked closely with clinical trial teams to instil patient centricity as a key driver of successful clinical trials that are truly patient focused. Her mission and passion is to make patient engagement in clinical research a gold standard.
