Vanessa Candeias leads Policy Cures Research’s work on organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, governance and business development. She is also responsible for shaping the portfolio of work related to measuring the impact of investments in global health R&D.
Vanessa has held executive and senior leadership positions at the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization and other global organizations. In addition to her training as a nutritionist at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences in Porto University (MsC), and her Master’s in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (MPH), she also graduated from the Executive Masters in Global Leadership organized by the World Economic Forum.
