Will Young

Associate Professor in Rehabilitation Psychology
Will Young did his Undergraduate and PhD (ageing & motor control) at The University of Birmingham, UK before working as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Queen’s University Belfast (Psychology) and Stanford University (Neurorehabilitation). He took at Lectureship at Brunel University London in 2015 in the Department of Clinical Sciences before moving to The University of Exeter in 2019 where he currently works as an Associate Professor in Rehabilitation Psychology. Will’s research focusses on psychological determinants of balance problems in older adults and people with neurological conditions and much of his work relates to the development of low-cost approaches to deliver rehabilitation in community settings.
